Luke and Steff never disappoint with their timely and innovative service. HWS died after 17 years and on the week-end. Luke had a small unit that we were able to use (no cold showers) until we able to decide on a replacement unit (no pressure). Luke is very meticulous and worthy of the title “Master Plumber” as is evidenced in the attached image. In the newly built house all drains were blocked with builder's stuff, water coming out of the wash tub when washing machine was draining.
